2. Initiating a Refund Request
If you determine that our digital webinars or audio podcast formats are not suitable for your learning goals, you may request a full refund within 10 calendar days of registration. Simply submit your invoice details and academic email to [email protected].
3. Processing Schedule
Once received, your registration will be cancelled, and we will authorize a complete reversal of your payment via our processors. Refunds are issued directly to the original payment method and typically reflect within 5 to 10 business days, depending on bank processing timelines.
4. Parameters Past the Refund Window
Except where mandated by specific provincial consumer protection laws, tuition fees are non-refundable after the 10-day cooling-off window has concluded.
